Your acceptance of any order is after you have carefully reviewed and agreed to the order details, but not limited to the price, promotions and product description. We understand that there might be possibilities that you may have overlooked some details.
In that case, you must notify any Oxina staff as soon as possible in order for the request alteration or cancellation be processed. Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after order has been placed. We won’t entertain any request of cancellation if order has already been processed or shipped.
